Ethereum developers 128th meeting: agreed to start the Electra upgrade work and confirmed the inclusion of three EIPs 6110, 7002 and 7547

PANews reported on February 23 that Christine Kim, vice president of research at Galaxy, issued a document summarizing the 128th Ethereum Core Developer Consensus (ACDC) conference call. Developers agreed to start the Electra upgrade. Currently, developers have agreed to three Ethereum Improvement Proposals (EIPs) included in the upgrade, namely: 1. EIP 6110, providing validator deposits on the chain; 2. EIP 7002, the execution layer can trigger exit; 3. EIP 7549, Mobility Committee Index is outside the certification. Additionally, developers will also be working on a proof-of-concept and inclusion list for EIP 7547 in the coming weeks. If the developers find that the code changes of EIP 7547 are easy enough to implement and test that their inclusion in Electra will not delay the implementation of the three EIPs mentioned above, then the developers agree to add the inclusion list to Electra as a fourth EIP.
