Binance Will Launch Spot Taker Promotion With Discounts of Up to 15%

According to the announcement from Binance, a limited-time Spot Taker Program Promotion will run from 2026-11-09 00:00 (UTC) to 2027-01-03 23:59 (UTC), offering eligible users discounts of 5%, 10% or 15% based on their weekly share of taker volume on eligible USDT- and USDC-quoted Spot pairs. The entry threshold is a 0.05% share: users with a share of at least 0.05% but below 0.2% qualify for a 5% discount; those with at least 0.2% but below 1.5% qualify for 10%; and those with a share of 1.5% or higher qualify for 15%. Both quote assets are assessed together for tier qualification, while rewards are distributed separately in USDT or USDC according to the quote asset used. No application is required, and qualifying users will be identified automatically. Discounts will not be applied directly to trades; instead, they will be credited to the master account’s Spot Account before the Friday of the week following the discount period. The first assessment week is 2026-11-02 00:00 (UTC) to 2026-11-08 23:59 (UTC), with the corresponding discount period running from 2026-11-10 00:00 (UTC) to 2026-11-16 23:59 (UTC). Rewards for that period are due before 2026-11-20 23:59 (UTC). Sub-account volume and fees will be aggregated at the master account level, while activity on pairs covered by zero-fee promotions will be excluded.
