According to CNBC, Alphabet (GOOGL) has been in a corrective phase since May but is starting to stabilize as oversold conditions ease. Fairlead Strategies' Katie Stockton and Will Tamplin said the stock has rallied after a counter-trend buy signal from the DeMARK Indicators on Thursday, reclaiming support near its 200-day moving average around $337. They said the daily chart has improved, with stochastics turning higher and the MACD flashing a buy signal, while initial resistance is near $376 and final resistance is near $402. The analysts said a decisive break below the 200-day moving average would be a long-term setback, while the stock remains in a secular uptrend above its rising monthly cloud model.
