Delaware Bankruptcy Court Judge John Dorsey has ruled that New York law firm Sullivan & Cromwell (S&C) can represent FTX debtors in the FTX bankruptcy case, The Block reported. Court documents show that FTX paid S&C $8.5 million in connection with 20 personal matters. FTX General Counsel Ryne Miller was previously a partner at S&C, as was FTX Attorney Tim Wilson. But John Dorsey said there was "no evidence of any actual conflict here".
