If the first publicly released U.S. price for a foldable iPhone is at or above the specified amount, the market will resolve to yes; otherwise, it will resolve to no. If Apple releases multiple foldable iPhone models, the lowest announced starting price will be used. If Apple does not announce a foldable iPhone price by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on September 30, 2026, the market will resolve to no.
Apple said its 2026 fall product event will be held at 1 a.m. on September 10, with the theme “Surprise and shine.” Vodafone’s backend pricing in Australia and Egypt reportedly leaked, and an Australian channel leak showed the iPhone Ultra with 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB storage options starting at 3,699 Australian dollars. Industry estimates based on that leak put the U.S. starting price for the Ultra at around $2,000.
