According to three Pakistani sources, Pakistan is exploring ways to restart U.S.-Iran talks in an effort to end nearly five months of war. According to Jin10, exploratory talks were held during Iranian Interior Minister Eskandar Momeni's visit to Islamabad this week, his second trip in the past 10 days, and he met with Pakistani government leaders and army chief Asim Munir. According to the Pakistani government statement, Momeni is seen as having close ties to Iran's Revolutionary Guard Corps.
