CLARITY Act Passage Odds Rise to 42% on Polymarket

PPP prediction market monitoring showed the probability of Polymarket's market on whether the CLARITY Act will be signed into law in 2026 rising to 42%, up 5% over 24 hours and 10% over the past week. According to Odaily, the market is based on whether the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act of 2025, HR3633, is passed by both chambers of the U.S. Congress and signed into law by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on December 31, 2026. White House crypto adviser Patrick Witt said he will remain in Washington to push for the CLARITY Act's passage. Earlier reports said he would leave before the Senate vote, but that report has since been reversed.
