Ethereum OG Wallets Sell 33,623 ETH After 8 Years, Lookonchain Data Shows

Four long-dormant Ethereum OG addresses began selling ETH after holding the tokens for eight years, according to Lookonchain monitoring. According to Foresight News, the four addresses collectively received 37,602 ETH about eight years ago at an average price of around $830. The report said the wallets did not sell during the 2021 and 2025 bull markets, when their unrealized profit at one point exceeded $150 million. After remaining inactive for eight years, the addresses started selling today. Over the past four hours, they sold 33,623 ETH at an average price of about $1,560. Lookonchain estimated the wallets’ current profit at around $27.4 million.
