AI Startup Hark Secures $700 Million in Series A Funding

AI startup Hark has announced the completion of a $700 million Series A funding round, bringing its post-money valuation to $6 billion. According to PANews, the round was led by Parkway Venture Capital, with participation from NVIDIA, AMD Ventures, ARK Invest, Brookfield, Greycroft, Intel Capital, Qualcomm Ventures, and Salesforce Ventures. Hark plans to use the funds to expand its GPU infrastructure, accelerate large model research and development, increase its team from approximately 70 to 200 engineers, and develop next-generation AI hardware. The company aims to create a personal intelligent system capable of voice interaction, visual understanding, long-term memory, and high personalization.
