France has announced it will not deploy additional military forces to the Hormuz Strait, according to foreign media reports. According to Jin10, the French Foreign Ministry stated that the country's aircraft carrier strike group will remain stationed in the Eastern Mediterranean. The ministry emphasized that France's mission in the region is defensive and protective in nature. Officials highlighted that their current military posture aims to ensure regional stability rather than escalate conflicts. Previously, U.S. President Donald Trump had urged several nations to send warships to the Hormuz Strait, asserting that the waterway would soon be 'open, safe, and free.'
