The OPN project has released its roadmap for 2026, detailing plans for governance and widespread adoption. According to BlockBeats, the roadmap outlines several key phases throughout the year.
In the first quarter of 2026, known as the expansion phase, the OPN token will be launched, and efforts will focus on building the ecosystem's foundation, expanding the community, and establishing early partnerships.
During the second quarter, termed the growth phase, the project aims to deepen network applications, broaden the range of signals and use cases, and initiate decentralized governance participation for token holders.
The third quarter, referred to as the protocol maturity phase, will see infrastructure upgrades and the refinement of governance mechanisms to support more applications and integrations.
Finally, from the fourth quarter onwards, the project will enter the mass adoption phase. This will involve promoting the "multi-person internet" to a broader user base through education and ecosystem support.
