Ethereum account abstract proposal EIP-4337 released a new version, changes include relaxation of storage rules during verification, etc.

yoav.eth, the co-author of the Ethereum account abstraction proposal EIP-4337, tweeted that a new version of ERC-4337 (ERC-4337 Contracts 0.4.0) has been released, as well as a Bundlers compatibility test suite and a reference bundler implementation. yoav.eth said that changes in EIP include relaxing storage rules during verification, enabling access to token balances and storage access to account-related information in third-party contracts, etc. Some paymasters and other entities no longer require mortgages, Factories, paymasters, aggregators and Accounts only require collateral when accessing account-independent storage, for example, the VerifyingPaymaster instance does not require collateral, but the TokenPaymaster does.
