Stablecoin Supply Growth Slows Amid Fed's Cautious Outlook

According to PANews, Matrixport's recent analysis indicates that while the supply of stablecoins continues to expand, the rolling growth rate over the past 12 months peaked in late October and has since declined. The inflow of stablecoins and the addition of new liquidity to the crypto market are cooling simultaneously. The institution suggests that the Federal Reserve's shift towards a more cautious stance is a significant trigger for the weakening liquidity. This implies that even though the absolute scale of new additions remains substantial, the overall liquidity environment may be weaker than previously anticipated.
