U.S. Government Efficiency Department Disbanded Under Trump's Administration

According to Foresight News, the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), established by U.S. President Donald Trump to reduce the size of the government, has been disbanded. Director of the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, Cooper, confirmed the department's dissolution, stating, "It simply does not exist." An executive order signed by Trump indicated that the department was supposed to operate until July 2026.Previously, Foresight News reported that Elon Musk, in an interview with Joe Rogan, expressed concerns about DOGE posing a threat to bureaucratic institutions. Musk noted, "Before DOGE, the power of elected officials was very small compared to bureaucratic institutions. So, DOGE posed a threat to these institutions."
