Based on Metaplanet's current structure and operations, it is anticipated that the company will not be classified as a PFIC for the year 2025. Furthermore, if the existing structure and business model are maintained, it is unlikely that Metaplanet will be considered a PFIC in the future. This conclusion is specific to Metaplanet and depends on the company's actual operations and asset structure.
