Coolpad Group Establishes Division for Real-World Asset Tokenization

According to Foresight News, Coolpad Group has announced the formation of a new division dedicated to the tokenization of real-world assets. The initiative aims to advance the tokenization of property assets. As of December 31, 2024, the group's investment properties are valued at approximately HKD 3.151 billion. Currently, Coolpad Group is conducting preliminary feasibility studies on real-world asset (RWA) tokenization for its properties in Shenzhen Nanshan Coolpad Building and Dongguan Songshan Lake Coolpad Technology Eco-Park. If the pilot projects prove successful, the group plans to expand its service model to assist more enterprises in exploring asset tokenization, thereby promoting the large-scale application of RWA technology across relevant industries.
