Binance to Provide Eligible VIP Users With 30-Day Level Protection

According to the announcement from Binance, eligible VIP 1–9 users will receive 30 days of protection against losing their VIP level during a one-time program. Eligible users are those who reached VIP 1–9 at any point between 2026-10-21 00:00 (UTC) and 2026-10-30 23:59 (UTC). This includes users in the VIP Program, users covered by an existing VIP loyalty program, and users whose valid VIP Level Upgrade Trial Voucher was approved. Binance will set each eligible user’s highest VIP level reached during that period as their “Protected Level.” From 2026-11-03 00:00 (UTC) to 2026-12-02 23:59 (UTC), a user’s VIP level will not fall below that level, even if they do not meet the usual program requirements. Users who qualify for a higher level through assets or trading volume can still receive the benefits of that higher level under the platform’s current VIP rules. Binance said users will continue to receive the benefits and services associated with their current VIP level during the protection period. After the period ends, VIP levels will be determined under the platform’s standard eligibility requirements from 2026-12-03 00:00 (UTC).
