Yingjia Tribute Liquor said its sixth board of directors approved the appointment of Sun Wangsheng as board secretary with 9 votes in favor, 0 against and 0 abstentions, according to Jiemian News. His term will run until the current board expires. The company said Sun does not fall under any disqualifying circumstances for senior management under Shanghai Stock Exchange listing rules and has not received an administrative penalty from China's securities regulator or a public reprimand from an exchange in the past 36 months. He will no longer serve as the company's securities affairs representative, and Chen Xiaoqin will take over that role. The company said it has completed the required filing with the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
