Hang Seng Says It Will Support Customers Affected By Credit Card Fraud

Hang Seng said it is investigating social media reports from users who said their credit cards were abused to place iPhone preorders. During the investigation, the bank will support affected customers and, where applicable, initiate chargeback procedures under card network rules, according to Ming Pao. If customers have used their credit cards reasonably and prudently, Hang Seng said it will fully assist them in completing the refund process.
