Jiuding New Material Flags Abnormal Trading After Two-Day 20% Share Price Surge

Jiuding New Material said on September 11 that its shares had risen by a cumulative more than 20% over the closing prices of September 10 and September 11, meeting the definition of abnormal stock trading, according to Jiemian News. The company said it has no glass substrate or electronic fabric business, after recent market attention to those themes. It also said products related to aerospace account for a small share of its business, with annual sales revenue from such products in recent years each below 1% of total revenue, and that they will not have a material impact on operating results. The company urged investors to pay attention to investment risk and invest rationally.
