Hong Kong SFC Suspends Bocon Vision Pharma Trading From September 10

Hong Kong's Securities and Futures Commission said it has instructed the Hong Kong Stock Exchange to suspend trading in Bocon Vision Pharma Co. Ltd. shares from 9:00 a.m. on September 10, 2026, according to Jiemian News. The regulator said it has serious concerns that the company's initial public offering may have been manipulated to create the false appearance of demand for its shares. It said the suspension is necessary or appropriate while the investigation continues to maintain an orderly and fair market and protect investors. The SFC said it will make no further comment while the probe is ongoing.
