Great Wall Electric said its A-share stock met the Shanghai Stock Exchange's abnormal trading criteria after its closing price deviated by more than 20% over two consecutive trading days on September 9 and September 10, 2026, according to Jiemian News. The company said its production and operations remain normal, there have been no major changes in the market environment or industry policy, and costs and sales have not seen large fluctuations. It added that internal production and operating order is normal, and after a self-check and verification with its controlling shareholder and actual controller, it had no material information that should have been disclosed but was not.
