Muxi Shares' 13.97 Million IPO Lockup Shares to Start Trading on September 17

Muxi Shares said on September 9 that 13,965,986 shares from its initial public offering under the offline placement tranche will be released for trading on September 17, after a nine-month lockup expires, according to Jiemian News. The shares account for 3.4906% of the company's total share capital. The company was approved to publicly issue 40.10 million RMB ordinary shares and listed on the STAR Market of the Shanghai Stock Exchange on December 17, 2025. After the IPO, its total share capital stood at 400.10 million shares, including 381,961,027 restricted shares and 18,138,973 unrestricted shares.
