R&F Properties And Chairman Li Silian Added To High-Consumption Restriction List

R&F Properties (02777) said it and its legal representative and chairman, Li Silian, have recently been added to a high-consumption restriction list, according to ETNet. The notice was issued by the Hengqin Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone People's Court. Under the order, R&F Properties and Li are barred from a range of high-end and non-essential spending, including flying, taking soft sleeper train berths or second-class and above ship cabins, staying at star-rated hotels, visiting nightclubs or golf courses, buying or building high-end homes, leasing premium office space, purchasing non-essential vehicles, travelling or vacationing, and sending children to high-fee private schools. The company said it is actively seeking information and communicating with relevant institutions, and that the matter has not yet had a material adverse impact on its day-to-day operations or debt-servicing ability.
