Brian Kelly Says Bracket22 Cut Labor Costs From About $5 Million to $40,000 With AI Agents

According to CNBC, hedge-fund manager Brian Kelly said his trading firm Bracket22, which is powered entirely by agentic artificial intelligence, reduced annual labor-related costs from roughly $5 million before AI to about $30,000 to $40,000 now. Kelly said the firm, which invests only his own capital and trades cryptocurrencies, stocks and commodities, uses AI agents for technical analysis, quantitative strategies and coordination, while he makes the final decisions. He also said he is at least 10 times more productive with the agents and believes AI can make existing employees far more productive rather than simply replace them.
