STOCKS | ChinaAMC Warns of Premium Risk in S&P 500 ETF

According to Jin10, ChinaAMC said its ChinaAMC S&P 500 Exchange Traded Open-Ended Index Securities Investment Fund (QDII), trading under the short name ChinaAMC S&P 500 ETF and fund code 159655, has seen its secondary-market trading price rise well above the fund share reference net asset value (IOPV), creating a large premium. The company urged investors to closely monitor the premium risk in secondary-market trading prices, make investment decisions cautiously, and warned that blind investing could lead to significant losses.
