Bitcoin Short-Term Holder Profitability Turns Positive for First Time in Over a Year

CryptoQuant analyst Darkfost said on X that Bitcoin's short-term holder spent output profit ratio, or STH SOPR, has shown a notable recent change. According to ChainCatcher, the metric, which measures realized profits for holders with a holding period of less than six months, has risen above 1 to about 1.01, marking its first move into profitable territory in more than a year.
