Binance to Support WDCB and NVDAB Cash Dividend Distribution Through bStocks

According to the announcement from Binance, the platform will support the Western Digital (WDC) and NVIDIA (NVDA) cash dividend distribution through bStocks for WDCB and NVDAB holders. The net cash dividend amount will be reinvested after applicable withholding taxes, fees, costs, and other deductions into additional units or fractions of the same underlying security. Eligible users will receive dividends in the form of WDCB and NVDAB bStocks, while on-chain holders of WDCB and NVDAB will receive the bStock dividends through a multiplier adjustment. Binance said trading of WDCB/USDT and NVDAB/USDT will not be affected by the distribution. The company also stated that dividends earned from assets held in other accounts, including Savings Account and Margin Account, will be credited to the Spot Account. Binance will handle the technical requirements for users involved in the event, and reinvestment and distribution will take place after deduction of withholding tax. Dividend Schedule and Trading Changes For WDCB, users with holdings on the record date snapshot at 2026-09-08 00:00 (UTC) will be eligible for the dividend distribution. The token conversion service for 1:1 swaps between WDC stock and WDCB bStocks will be suspended at 2026-09-04 23:30 (UTC). Deposits and withdrawals of WDCB tokens will be suspended at 2026-09-07 23:30 (UTC). Binance Convert will pause the conversion of WDCB and all associated pairs at 2026-09-07 23:30 (UTC). For NVDAB, users with holdings on the record date snapshot at 2026-09-10 00:00 (UTC) will be eligible for the dividend distribution. The token conversion service for 1:1 swaps between NVDA stock and NVDAB bStocks will be suspended at 2026-09-09 23:30 (UTC), and deposits and withdrawals of NVDAB will also be suspended at 2026-09-09 23:30 (UTC). Binance Convert will pause the conversion of NVDAB and all associated pairs at 2026-09-09 23:30 (UTC). Deposits, withdrawals, and token conversion services for WDCB and NVDAB will resume when the distribution is completed, and no further announcement will be posted.
