STOCKS | Yat Tak Investment Holdings Says Controlling Shareholder Sold 510 Million Shares

Yat Tak Investment Holdings (06182) said controlling shareholder Mars Nest Limited sold 510 million shares yesterday, equal to about 63.75% of the company's issued share capital, according to ETNet. The company said Mars Nest no longer holds any shares after the sale and is no longer its controlling shareholder. Yat Tak Investment Holdings closed at HK$0.65 yesterday, up 28.7%, with turnover of HK$130 million and volume of about 530 million shares.
