HUTCHMED Reports Positive Top-Line Results From SANOVO China Phase III Study

HUTCHMED (0013) said the SANOVO China Phase III study in previously untreated patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer with EGFR mutations and MET overexpression delivered positive top-line results. The combination of ORPATHYS (savolitinib) and TAGRISSO (osimertinib) showed statistically significant and clinically meaningful progression-free survival improvement versus TAGRISSO monotherapy in both the high-MET and intent-to-treat patient populations, according to Ming Pao.
