HaiTai XinGuang Buys Back 205,798 Shares for 14.97 Million Yuan

HaiTai XinGuang said on July 24 that Qingdao Haitai Xinguang Technology has made its first share repurchase through the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system, buying back 205,798 shares, or 0.1717% of its total share capital of 119,877,000 shares, according to Jiemian News. The repurchases were executed via centralized bidding at a highest price of 73.05 yuan per share and a lowest price of 72.23 yuan per share, with total cash spent of 14,972,386.41 yuan excluding stamp duty, trading commissions and other fees.
