STOCKS | RIGOL Technologies Directors Increase Hong Kong Shareholdings

RIGOL Technologies said its directors voluntarily increased their H-shares in a bid to support the company’s share price and capital market stability. According to Jin10, Chairman Wang Yue, Executive Director Wang Ning, Sun Ningxiao, and Cheng Jiankuan bought a total of 471,100 H-shares in the secondary market with self-raised funds, equal to about 1.90% of the company’s issued H-shares. The company said it has not provided any financial assistance to the directors for the purchases.
