Bitcoin Miner Ionic Digital to Begin Nasdaq Trading on July 28, 2026

Bitcoin mining company Ionic Digital said its registration statement has been declared effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. According to Odaily, the company expects to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on July 28, 2026, under the ticker symbol IOND. The listing will be a direct listing rather than a traditional initial public offering. Ionic Digital said it will not issue new shares or raise capital through the listing, and existing registered shareholders will be able to sell their shares on the public market. Ionic Digital said the listing will provide a liquidity channel for shareholders, including investors who received a large number of company shares through the bankruptcy restructuring of crypto lending platform Celsius Network.
