Yuexiu Property Wins Two Guangzhou Baiyun District Land Plots

Yuexiu Property said it won two land plots on the west side of Zhengtong Road in Guangzhou's Baiyun District for more than 10.12 yuan through a public listing process today, according to Ming Pao. The plots have a combined site area of about 26,440 square meters and total gross floor area of about 56,933 square meters. The attributable floor area is about 26,428 square meters, including about 23,746 square meters for residential use and about 2,682 square meters for cultural facilities.
