Fengxing Shares to Acquire 25% Stake in Baiyin Huaxin for 147.5 Million Yuan to Drive Transformation

Fengxing Shares announced a plan to acquire a 25% equity stake in Baiyin Huaxin Jiuhe Renewable Resources Co., Ltd. from Ningbo Xinxin Gongmao Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) for 147.5 million yuan in cash. According to Jin10, the transaction constitutes a related-party transaction but does not qualify as a major asset restructuring. The target company is an environmental protection enterprise covering the collection, harmless disposal, and resource recycling of solid and hazardous waste. Its main products are resource-based products containing valuable metals such as zinc, silver, and iron, derived from the disposal of solid and hazardous waste. The company has an annual hazardous waste disposal and utilization capacity of 755,000 tons, making it the largest single-site solid and hazardous waste disposal enterprise in China. It serves clients in industries including mining, smelting, and energy, and is positioned downstream of the listed company's industrial chain.
