China Building Materials Academy Co., Ltd. increased its registered capital to about CNY 3.34 billion from about CNY 2.72 billion, a rise of roughly 23%, according to 36Kr. Tianyancha data showed the change was made recently. The company was founded in April 2000 and is wholly owned by China National Building Material Group Co., Ltd. Its business scope includes engineering and technology research and experimental development, as well as R&D and promotion services for new materials.
