Fang Wenyuan, the spouse of prominent Chinese investor Zhang Jianping (known as “Zhang Mengzhu”), sharply reduced her holdings in Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group Corp. (JAC Motors) between June 10 and June 23, according to 36Kr. Data showed Fang held 26.6502 million JAC Motors shares as of June 23, equal to a 1.18% stake, down from 35.8852 million shares (1.59%) disclosed by the company as of June 9. That implies she sold 9.235 million shares over nine trading days. During the period, JAC Motors traded between a high of 33.51 yuan per share and a low of 28.82 yuan, with a weighted average price of 31.386 yuan; based on that average, the sale would have raised about 290 million yuan.
