STOCKS | Vitasoy International FY Profit Rises 17% to HK$274 Million, Lifts Final Dividend

Vitasoy International Holdings (0345) reported full-year profit rose 17% to HK$274 million for the year ended March 31, 2026, according to Ming Pao. The company said profit would have increased 15% year on year excluding foreign-exchange effects. Basic earnings per share rose 20% to HK$0.263. Vitasoy declared a final dividend of HK$0.135 per share, up 32.4% from a year earlier. Including an interim dividend of HK$0.04 per share, full-year dividends totaled HK$0.175 per share, up 23.2%. The group said the figures also reflected the impact of the VSL disposal.
