Nuvei has agreed to acquire Payoneer in a $2.75 billion all-cash payments deal that includes stablecoin transactions. According to NS3.AI, the transaction is expected to close in mid-2027, subject to Payoneer shareholder approval, regulatory approvals, and other customary closing conditions.
