Haomai Machinery Technology (Rizhao) Co., Ltd. increased its registered capital to RMB 700 million from RMB 300 million, a rise of about 133%, according to 36Kr. Tianyancha data showed the company, founded in February 2025, is wholly owned by Haomai Technology and is legally represented by Chen Zhonglei. Its business scope includes machinery equipment R&D, manufacturing and sales of rubber-processing equipment, and metal processing machinery manufacturing.
