Coinglass Data Show Hyperliquid Whale Positions Near Even Split Between Longs and Shorts

Hyperliquid whale positions totaled $4.49 billion, with long and short exposure nearly evenly split, according to Coinglass data. According to ChainCatcher, longs accounted for $2.23 billion, or 49.78% of positions, while shorts totaled $2.25 billion, or 50.22%. The data showed long positions had a combined profit and loss of -$83.9 million, while short positions showed $11.8 million. One whale address, 0x0ddf..02, opened a 3x cross-margin ETH short at $1,810.16 and was showing an unrealized profit and loss of $5.70 million.
