United Texas Bank Transitions to National Bank Status, Launches AI Payment Network

United Texas Bank, headquartered in Dallas, has transitioned from a Texas chartered bank to a national bank approved by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. According to Odaily, the bank aims to serve as a bridge between global cryptocurrency companies and the U.S. banking system. United Texas Bank now holds the same federal license as major currency center banks and has direct access to the Federal Reserve. The bank has been clearing approximately $10 billion in USD transactions monthly for global crypto companies. United Texas Bank is launching a 24/7 AI-driven payment network called UTB Atomic, complemented by its compliance platform UTB Prism Sentinel. This initiative is designed to restore round-the-clock crypto liquidity and comply with emerging federal regulations related to digital assets and stablecoins.
