Hong Kong's Guofu Quantum Acquires 19.9% Stake in Luffa AI for $39.8 Million

Hong Kong-listed company Guofu Quantum has announced the acquisition of 11.89 million issued shares of decentralized social and messaging platform Luffa AI for $19.8 million (approximately HK$154 million). According to Odaily, the company also subscribed to 10 million new shares of Luffa AI for $20 million (approximately HK$156 million). Upon completion of the transaction, Guofu Quantum will hold a 19.9% stake in Luffa AI. Luffa AI specializes in developing and operating communication and social network products and services based on artificial intelligence and Web3 technologies. The platform utilizes end-to-end encryption and distributed technology to safeguard user data. It also serves as an infrastructure layer for autonomous AI agents, offering decentralized identity and permission management services.
