B2C2 Secures MiCA License in Luxembourg for EU OTC Trading

B2C2 has obtained a Crypto-Asset Service Provider license from Luxembourg's Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier, allowing it to offer regulated over-the-counter spot trading services across the European Union under the Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) framework. According to The Block, this positions B2C2 as the first global OTC liquidity provider authorized under MiCA. The license enables B2C2 to leverage MiCA's passporting regime for cross-border digital asset liquidity. The company previously registered as a virtual asset service provider in Luxembourg in 2024.
