Expert Predicts 50% Chance for Clarity Act to Become Law by 2026

Galaxy Digital's head of research, Alex Thorn, has assessed the likelihood of the Clarity Act becoming law by 2026 at approximately 50%. According to NS3.AI, Thorn noted that the probability would significantly decrease if the Senate markup is delayed beyond mid-May. He highlighted that the Senate's schedule leading up to the August recess might not provide sufficient time for the Act's passage before the intensification of midterm election campaigns.
