According to CNBC, Jim Cramer’s Charitable Trust is initiating positions in BNY, formerly Bank of New York Mellon, and Kimberly-Clark. The trust bought 240 shares of BNY at roughly $161 each and 365 shares of Kimberly-Clark at roughly $108, and each stock will represent 1% of the portfolio after Wednesday’s trades. The trust said Kimberly-Clark is buying Kenvue for about $49 billion in enterprise value, a deal expected to close before the end of this year, and that management expects $1.9 billion in cost synergies. It added that the combined company would become the second-largest consumer health and wellness company by revenue, behind Procter & Gamble.

The Federal Reserve’s internal watchdog said the central bank should do more to prevent confidential nonpublic information from being shared with its 12 regional reserve bank boards, according to Bloomberg. The boards include private-sector bankers and business leaders.
