Private foreign investors sold $29.1 billion of U.S. Treasury notes and bonds in July, while buying $45 billion of Treasury bills during the month. According to NS3.AI, net foreign acquisition of all long-term securities was negative $27.9 billion. The flows do not establish that foreign selling drove Bitcoin's September performance.
