Hong Kong SFC Adds Jingang Fund and Jingang Coin Issuance to Unlicensed Companies List

Hong Kong's Securities and Futures Commission has added Jingang Fund and Jingang Coin Issuance Co. Ltd. to its list of unlicensed companies. According to ChainCatcher, the entity had claimed to have an address in Hong Kong and had provided a Hong Kong phone number. The SFC said the entity was suspected of conducting unlicensed activities in Hong Kong and targeting Hong Kong investors for promotion, without being licensed or registered under the Securities and Futures Ordinance to carry out regulated activities in the city. The regulator said the entity must not conduct any regulated activity in Hong Kong or actively market its services to the Hong Kong public, whether inside or outside Hong Kong.
