Lenovo Group Sets H-Share Global Offering Price At HK$236 Per Share

Lenovo Group (09976) said its H-share global offering price has been fixed at HK$236 per share, according to ETNet. The company expects to announce on September 7, Monday, the level of interest in the international offering, the subscription level of the Hong Kong public offering, the basis of allotment and the results. Assuming the global offering becomes unconditional at or before 8:00 AM on September 8, Tuesday, the H shares are expected to begin trading on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at 9:00 AM on September 8. The board lot size will be 50 shares. CLSA is the stabilising manager for the offering.
