China Shengmu Says Public Float Remains Below Listing Rule Minimum

China Shengmu Dairy (01432) said its public float was about 12.87% as of the date of the announcement, still below the minimum public float requirement under the listing rules. The company said it has a serious public float deficiency as defined by the rules, according to ETNet. Modern Dairy Holdings (01117) has been considering measures to restore China Shengmu's public float, including but not limited to disposing of shares through market and non-market channels. The company expects the public float to return to compliance with the listing rules by the end of June 2027.
